Chili Garlic Broccolini


Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil, divided

2 tbsp sriracha

1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp G.HERB.OH salt-free seasoning

1 tsp "Who Made the Greens?" salt- free seasoning

1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp balsamic vinegar glaze

1/2 lime, juiced

1/4 red onion, sliced

1/2 red pepper, sliced

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add red onion and red bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add broccolini. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred, about 8 to 12 mins.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Remove skillet from fire.Add mixture to skillet and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
