Lou's Fresh Sauteed Corn

Serves 4 Ingredients:  4 ears of sweet yellow or white corn 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional) Directions: Remove husk and silk from the corn. With a sharp knife, slice kernels from the cob but take care not to slice too close to the cob. When all kernels are removed, scrape the cob again to release more juice left on kernels, Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium low heat and add corn and salt. Sauté on medium low heat for about 15cminutes or until corn is tender.

Chili Garlic Broccolini

Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil, divided 2 tbsp sriracha 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp G.HERB.OH salt-free seasoning 1 tsp "Who Made the Greens?" salt- free seasoning 1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp balsamic vinegar glaze 1/2 lime, juiced 1/4 red onion, sliced 1/2 red pepper, sliced Directions In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add red onion and red bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Add broccolini. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred, about 8 to 12 mins. Ally’s Sautéed Brussels

 Ingredients   One bag of Brussels (I use the FRESH steam bag from the grocery store) Small red onion chopped Half yellow bell pepper sliced 2 pieces of bacon cooked and chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar  2 tablespoons white wine (I use Riesling) 1/4 cup of sun dried tomatoes 1 small garlic clove minced 2 teaspoon of G.Herb.OH salt-free seasoning blend 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon smart balance butter Salt and pepper to taste   Instructions    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
