Lou's Fresh Sauteed Corn


Serves 4

Ingredients: 

4 ears of sweet yellow or white corn

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Directions:

Remove husk and silk from the corn. With a sharp knife, slice kernels from the cob but take care not to slice too close to the cob. When all kernels are removed, scrape the cob again to release more juice left on kernels,

Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium low heat and add corn and salt.

Sauté on medium low heat for about 15cminutes or until corn is tender.
