Garlic Herb Chicken Thighs with G.HERB.OH Everything

If you've been looking for a go-to salt-free seasoning recipe that doesn't sacrifice flavor, this one's for you. These juicy, golden garlic herb chicken thighs are seasoned with our best-selling G.HERB.OH EVERYTHING blend — a handcrafted mix of roasted garlic, onion, black pepper, mustard seed, celery, herbs, and 15 other spices. No sodium. All flavor.

This recipe works beautifully as a weeknight dinner or meal prep staple. The blend doubles as a dry rub and a marinade, so you've got options.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons G.HERB.OH EVERYTHING salt-free seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin get crispy.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, G.HERB.OH EVERYTHING, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix into a paste.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, getting under the skin where you can. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for deeper flavor).
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet or cast iron skillet.
  5. Roast for 35–40 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.

Tips

Make it a marinade: Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar to the seasoning paste and let the chicken soak for a few hours. The flavor goes even deeper.

Works on everything: True to its name, G.HERB.OH EVERYTHING is incredible on fish, beef, and roasted veggies too. Try it on your next sheet pan dinner.
